Most wildlife calls are two problems at once: an animal using a structure, and a structure that allowed it. Little Wolf works across both rather than treating removal as the whole job.
That is what property-first thinking means here. Before recommending work, the starting point is what the animal is doing, how the building is put together and where it is actually vulnerable. Older housing stock, additions, porches, outbuildings and decades of modifications all change the answer, and the region has plenty of each.
